i love it, and wet my questions about bluetooth, came pretty early bc im in the same country, looks cute and works perfectly :3
controller came and it’s as cute as the pictures! the only thing that bothered me a bit when i tried using it was that the A button clicked a bit weird, but it’s nothing that completely changed my gaming experience. would definitely recommend to friends if they were looking for custom controllers! ^^
Love the color !
Item took a long time to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. When there was an issue with shipping, the seller was quick to address the issue.
Order came earlier than expected all the way to Canada and the case is exactly as depicted! It’s a little snug when docked but it does go in.
Came in less than 2 weeks even though I’m in the US. Controller works perfectly, soft to the touch, cute, and even came with free stickers. Can’t wait to get more from this seller!
Beautiful controller, soft to the touch and paired really easily. The staff are also very friendly and helpful! :)
delivery took a little bit long but it was totally worth the wait! I love the colour so much and it matches with my switch case too 💕🥰 Totally recommend this item!
The quality of the controller is beyond what I had expected. The controller looks exactly like the picture. So beautiful and unique. Shipping was also so much faster than expected’ When I contacted the seller twice, they responded within minutes! Amazing shop and product! Thank you 💕
The quality is amazing, it's so smooth to touch, and the pink is subtle but pretty.I love this controller and it has helped me play my switch more, since it's an easy connect vs having to take off the side controllers every time.
Looks exactly like the picture! The buttons don't get stuck like other controllers and includes motion controls. The controller also seems really durable. It comes with a charging cord and connected to my Switch easily. Shipping was faster than expected (international shipping). I much prefer supporting small businesses like this over ordering from Am*z*n or somewhere else where they don't care about every customer. The only thing I would note if you are new to buying controllers, is that it takes time to get used to.The unboxing process for this was cool and unexpected! I received these adorable (free) Animal Crossing keychains and the box was set up so beautifully. I should have taken a photo. I can tell that Joypop really cares about their customers and if I need more controllers, I will buy from them.
Top quality controller in original packaging. Carefully and consideratley packaged. Thank you!
Great quality and looks exactly as pictured! So very in love with the color and the way it plays. It's made of a very soft-feeling material so it's very comfortable to hold and play with. It took aproximately a month and a half to ship but the seller kept me up to date with the shipping progress so this was not a problem whatsoever. Overall really pleased! :)
I’m in love with this controller!!! It’s such amazing quality and it synced up perfectly with my switch!! The seller was so incredibly sweet and gave me a heads up when they were shipping mu purchase! Probably my favorite custom pro controller purchase yet, will definitely be buying from this store again!
Wow, the quality! I order this immediately, because of how it looked in the picture, but it looks and feels even better in person! The colour is so cute and I love how its all uniform to the button and joysticks. It was packaged very securely and in its officially licensed pro-controller box. It did take a bit of time, but with the holidays and COVID it's to be expected.I've already had my eye on other items I'm planning of ordering (omg, so many unique designs!), as well as recommending JoyPop to my friends!
100% as beautiful as it is in the product pictures! very smooth, matte texture and feels very high quality
So much better in person, shipping took forever, but that's yo be expected with overseas and holidays. My wife loved the matte finish and feel.
the shipping from Aus to the US takes some time, so be prepared. the owner was kind and honest when i requested an update. i ordered in december which is a busy time so i was understanding about the wait time. the package arrived perfectly and i do like how the original pro controller package was included. there were some cute stickers as well, which is a very sweet detail. the controller is beautiful and looks perfect! no complaints there. still adapting to it after using an OLED since its release and figuring out re-mapping. i will definitely be purchasing a second controller here in the future!
The controller is perfect. There were shipping delays but they were entirely out of the sellers controls and there was great communication about said delays.
Beautiful control works great. Best controller ever
super super cute! love the soft touch feel, the buttons are laid higher and it’s very satisfying.
Looks even better in person!
Amazing product!!!! Fast shipping to Texas from Australia too
GREAT PRODUCT & PROFESSIONAL STORE OWNER. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😊
